After email verification, you will need to complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) identity check before you can make your first deposit. This involves uploading a clear photo of a valid Philippine government-issued ID — your passport, UMID, SSS ID, driver's licence, or PhilSys national ID all work. No. sagisag strictly enforces a one-account-per-player policy. Each player may only hold one registered account at any time. If you have forgotten your login details, use the Forgot Password feature on the login page rather than creating a new account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

Go to the sagisag login page and click "Forgot Password." Enter the email address linked to your account and we will send you a password reset link. The link is valid for 30 minutes. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.

For security, sagisag will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you receive any such request, please report it to our support team right away.

Log in to your sagisag account and navigate to Account Settings. From there you can update your contact number, email address, and communication preferences. Note that your full legal name and date of birth cannot be changed after KYC verification — these are locked to match your verified identity documents.

If you need to update your registered address or have a legal name change, please contact our support team with supporting documentation.

Accounts may be temporarily locked for several reasons, including multiple failed login attempts, incomplete KYC verification, or a security flag triggered by unusual activity. In most cases, you will receive an email explaining the reason and the steps to resolve it.

Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods that have been used for deposits on your account, and only to accounts registered in your own name. This is a security measure to protect all sagisag players.

The most common reasons for a delayed or declined withdrawal on sagisag include:

  • KYC verification has not been completed or documents are pending review
  • Active bonus wagering requirements have not yet been met
  • The withdrawal amount exceeds your available balance after pending wagers
