All transactions on sagisag are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). sagisag does not charge currency conversion fees on PHP transactions. Players are responsible for any fees imposed by their own financial institution or payment provider.

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. sagisag does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your sagisag account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. sagisag will process withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts registered in the Player's own name. sagisag aims to process approved withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to verification requirements and payment provider processing times.
sagisag is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations in the Philippines. sagisag reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account and to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities as required by law. Deposits may not be withdrawn without first being used for genuine gaming activity.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sagisag shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the sagisag platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
sagisag does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. sagisag will use reasonable endeavours to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit sagisag's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
sagisag collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on sagisag, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
sagisag implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and sagisag cannot guarantee absolute data security.

sagisag reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, sagisag will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the sagisag platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request the closure of your account.
